Air Handlers Northern supplied bespoke packaged air handling systems to support multiple building zones, including warehouse, office, kitchen, and restaurant areas.
Technical Solution
- 18 purpose-built packaged air handling units (AHUs) were supplied and factory tested prior to delivery.
- Warehouse Areas: Equipped with 16 Skidpak units, integrating gas-fired heating and direct-expansion (DX) cooling. These were strategically installed across the roof and external ground-floor locations.
- Office, Kitchen & Restaurant Areas: Served by conventional packaged AHUs, designed to meet HVAC requirements for comfort and utility spaces.
